Christmas Gift Roundup

So, Christmas is over, and I’m sure you’re wondering what all I got, right? You’re not? Oh, well, it’s my blog, so I’m going to tell you anyways.

First up, my beautiful wife got me some killer gifts, starting out with a trio of The Office paraphernelia. I finally got my Dwight Shrute bobblehead that I’ve been wanting for 5 seasons now, and it’s every bit as funny and entertaining as I thought it would be. I also got a The Office desk calendar, and best of all, a ‘The Office’ sign for…..my office. Killer.

Another great gift that I got is a leatherbound desk organizer. This little thing has 3 slots, and 4 holes, through which you’re supposed to feed your power cords, to keep things tidy. For me, this is killer, as I typically have 2+ power cords for various mobile devices laying around on my desk. It’s also a fun way to show off my Nokia collection. 😉

Another fun gift that probably sounds rather lame is a safe that I got from my Grandma. Normally, no one in their right mind would be excited to have gotten a safe, but it’s actually something that Mrs. Guru and I have been needing. It’s got a handle, and is one of those fireproof/waterproof ones, so it should last us a lifetime. Great stuff.

Oh, I almost forgot the last gift – a SkinIt.com skin for my Dell XPS M1330, in CAMO. Yes, I finally have a camo laptop (sort of). It’s basically a big sticker that goes on the front cover of my laptop. It was cut perfectly, and really easy to install. It’s removable, so if, in the future, I want to take it off for whatever reason, I can without leaving some nasty residue. Great stuff. However, I was rather disappointed that it only came with the outer layer. Why not a piece cut for my wrist-rest?

In any case, I got other stuff, too, those were just the ones that really stood out (or that I cared to share). What’d you get? Anything cool?
